Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your look, but if a product isn't performing for you, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all kits and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
